Tuesday May 20 - Thursday May 22

Time  Description
10:00 a.m. Event crew on site. camping open. Site prep work commences.
10:00 a.m. setup crew job briefing.
 All Day Site prep
Full function test of all equipment, Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
Hospitality open, Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.











Friday May 23

Time Description
7:30 a.m. Open Waiver
7:45 a.m. Flier's meeting. First volunteer shifts, range open as soon as we have pad managers in place.
8:00 a.m. Approximate first flight
3:30 p.m. Safety Check Closes
4:00 p.m. Range Closes; trash walk











Saturday May 24

Time Description
7:30 a.m. Open Waiver
7:45 a.m. Flier's meeting. First volunteer shifts, range open as soon as we have pad managers in place.
8:00 a.m. First flight
3:30 p.m. Safety Check Closes
4:00 p.m. Range Closes; trash walk
5:00 p.m. Rocketeers Social at the Colorado Farm Brewery














Sunday May 25

Time Description
7:30 a.m. Open Waiver
7:45 a.m. Flier's meeting. First volunteer shifts, range open as soon as we have pad managers in place.
8:00 a.m. First flight
2:00 p.m.  Gobin Mass Launch, have your rocket checked, ready to load, motor in, and flight card in hand. 
3:30 p.m. Safety Check Closes
4:00 p.m. Range Closes; trash walk
7:30 p.m. Tailgate, followed by drive-in movie. Movie starts 45 minutes after dusk, https://www.stardrivein.com/




















Monday May 26

Time Description
7:30 a.m. Open Waiver
7:45 a.m. Flier's meeting. First volunteer shifts, range open as soon as we have pad managers in place.
8:00 a.m. First flight
12:00 p.m. Spudnik Spud Loft Ends  - Winners Announced
2:00 p.m. ...or when fliers stop coming…. Safety and Range Closes; trash walk. Pull wayfinding signage.














Tuesday May 27

Time Description
9:00 a.m. Strike event site; call vendors for dumpster, potty, etc. pick up; trash walk
5:00 p.m.   Site clean
